This guided meditation was created to help guide your journey, of becoming the master of your mind. In this meditation, you'll focus on becoming fully present, tuning into your body, and breath, and changing your relationship with your thoughts. One of the first and most important steps in becoming the master of your mind is to understand that you are separate from your thoughts, and emotions. They do not define, or control you. This meditation serves to elevate your awareness of your thoughts, as you consciously work to reshape your perception of your thoughts, gently acknowledging, and releasing them, as they come and go, while remaining present and grounded in the moment; providing you with valuable tools that will encourage you to experience mindfulness in deeper and more meaningful ways.
