This episode is a revisit of our original episode - A Facetted Foreboding. On Good Friday, 1988, not long after her 8th birthday, a sweet, precocious little girl went missing. Her family recalls that this just wasn’t like her, to leave and stay gone without calling or talking to family first. Meanwhile, a monster was callously and quietly lurking in a neighborhood that was trusting and safe, terrorizing the family with notes handwritten in crayon. This case was known by many as “the girl who was almost forgotten” as it took 30 years for this cold case to be solved. This was her first time with her husband to go out and enjoy the fresh air and spend time as a loving couple. She has been described by many as jovial and had a laugh that was contagious, a beautiful smile that felt like sunshine and a presence equally as warm and accepting. But the smile would be forever burned in everyone’s memory as her life was stolen, from her soulmate and her two children, by a man who shouldn’t have been driving.
