007: An Adult Child's Perspective

For the first time we have a guest! Brooke Niemann our daughter will be joining us for a conversation.
Frankly- we are putting her in the hot seat!

Today Terry and I ask Brooke what it has been like for as an adult child whose mother has been greatly affected by the concussions and the PCS that has followed.

006: Battling and Beating Depression
Today we are going to talk about the depression that Terry experienced after the concussion and most importantly- what did she do to get out of it.
The conversation is very emotional at times. Terry is extremely courageous in opening up about how deep and dark this went for her.
Terry also speaks to trying to be okay with the new you. A topic many survivors struggle with.
Hopefully it sparks a few ideas for you or for the loved ones you are caring for.
It is important to let you all know, Terry still can have bouts, but it is much better.
