Gretel le Maître likes to look for the beauty and curiosities in life, one day at a time. She shares with you snippets from books about history, art and literature and regularly takes you on adventures to new locations, to explore churches, cathedrals and architecture.
Gretel invites you to accompany her as she navigates the world a day at a time; the podcast is unscripted, it’s ad-free, and you’re invited to join in. There’s space in the warm tent for everyone; there’s tea in the pot 🫖. It’s super unpolished and Gretel would be grateful for you to forgive her for that. Polish would be too time-consuming 🤓
Gretel loves the world and history, architecture, literature and people. And so is determined to walk this path with light footsteps and with humour and warmth. 🌞
Please follow me on X @gretellemaitre. 🌳

The podcast explores themes of grief, life transitions, and introspection, particularly focusing on her experiences as she anticipates the loss of her mother. Gretel approaches these deep topics with warmth and humor, aiming to provide listeners a comforting space to explore complex emotions .
If you’re interested, you can listen to her podcast on platforms like Apple Podcasts and Amazon Music, where she shares her reflections in episodes filled with gentle insights and an invitation to journey with her through challenging times .”
In a fast-paced world, Gretel Pod-Ponders Life and Loss provides a much-needed pause and sanctuary for those navigating life’s transitions and searching for deeper meaning. Hosted by Gretel Le Maitre, this unique podcast blends personal storytelling with historical insights from figures like the Venerable Bede, offering listeners an inspiring journey of healing and hope.

Welcome to the 12th season of 54-days of roses, a Catholic podcast dedicated to the miraculous 54-day rosary novena. I'm your host, Maritza Mendez. This is a podcast for those who seek answers to a particular prayer. Through the recitation of the Rosary, we will implore our Blessed Mother to pray and intercede for us as we pray for grace of unity in our families and communities, strength in faith, wisdom in discernment, and the right use of technology to deepen our human connections. Together we'll pray the first 27 days in petition, followed by 27 days in thanksgiving, even if our prayers are yet to be granted. This podcast is a beautiful devotion that will help you pray the Rosary daily. If you would like us to pray for your Intentions and mention your first name on the podcast, please submit your prayer request on our website at 54daysofroses.com

Whether we choose to believe, nurture or use our abilities is up to each one of us. A top charted spiritual podcast in all 195 countries around the world, A Psychic's Story gives a behind-the-scenes look at and has conversations with people who lead supernatural lives among the ordinary. Each episode is different, dispelling the myths and misconceptions we’ve been taught during our lives. The show’s host – Nichole Bigley – is on a mission to help others not feel alone in their spiritual journeys. By better understanding our spiritual paths and psychic abilities we are able to live in authentic truth, be in alignment with our soul’s purpose and reach our fullest potential. We are, after all, spiritual beings here on Earth having a human experience. I share my experience, strength and hope with you regarding my own recovery from alcoholism through the 12 Steps in Alcoholics Anonymous. By the grace of God I've remained sober since I was 18 years old (1989). I started drinking and using drugs very young. I got sober during a time when there were not a lot of young people in AA. Moreover, I was homeless. I got sober in the very same location I drank. I'm passionate about recovery, and about sharing my incredible experience with others in every way I can. I am sincerely happy, joyous, and free.

Real. Relevant. Relaxed. Welcome to Not the Worst Pastors Podcast, with Matt Coyne and his friend, James Gomez: two ordinary pastors who take their vocations seriously, but themselves...not so much. Matt and James are friends who came together 6 years ago in a small town, serving 2 different congregations in 2 different roles. From that friendship, this podcast was born with the hopes of helping each other and their listeners to walk through Christian life together. You will hear them talk about anything from politics to Harry Potter, from helping the poor to the best translation of the Bible to use, to serving along side other churches to behaving on Social Media and so much more... and how to handle these from a Biblical perspective. We'll cover it all from our imperfect view points, processing it together, hoping to come out on the other side of the conversation as better listeners and better followers of Jesus Christ.

We will meet some of the people being influenced by the works of Alan Watts today and learn a little of the history behind how these remarkable recordings were made.
Mark and his guests offer reflections on Alan’s ideas— ideas that were radically innovative and groundbreaking in the sixties and seventies, and yet seem to have come of age today.
Being in the Way is brought to you by the Alan Watts Organization, in partnership with Ram Dass' Be Here Now Network.
