The Resilience and Resistance podcast is about successful Black, Indigenous and Women of Color who are overcoming trauma and becoming resilient.

The vision for this podcast is to illuminate the dichotomy that many BIPOC female-identified individuals face in their daily lives; holding space for healing or managing past and present trauma, while maintaining a "professional" identity as they strive towards their work and other goals.

In August 2022, at a packed school board meeting in Grapevine, Texas, a mom approaches the microphone and describes the exact nightmare that Republican politicians have been warning about. She accuses a teacher of convincing her child to change genders. As a result, she says, “I lost my son.” But when NBC News reporters Mike Hixenbaugh and Antonia Hylton look into this mother’s allegations, they find a different story: of a transgender child desperately wanting to be heard, a mother determined to put God first — and an English teacher caught in the middle. And they discover this isn’t just a story about one broken family. It’s also a story about a fringe religious movement wielding newfound power and the revival of a long-simmering quest by evangelicals to remake American education based on their version of biblical values. From NBC News Studios and the team behind the Peabody Award-winning series Southlake, Grapevine is a podcast about faith and power — and what it means to protect children — in an American suburb.

A podcast about the IFB Cult as told by survivor Sadie Carpenter, with her co-host Gavri'el HaCohen. This podcast covers the IFB, the history of the Independent Fundamental Baptist movement, other cults, other religions, and the real and present threat that cults and cult ideologies pose to society as a whole. Our goal is to promote freedom of mind, freedom of thought, and freedom of religion.

General Content Warning: In general we talk about a lot of potentially triggering topics on this show, including but not limited to suicide and mental health, racism, misogyny, PTSD and PTSD symptoms, child abuse, mental, physical, and sexual abuse, and spiritual abuse including guilt, shame, and fear. In most episodes we’ll mention at least a few of these topics, but we try very hard to avoid graphic detail unless it’s relevant to the story we’re telling, and we do our best to give the audience a heads-up before going into detail on any of these topics.

Dice Fiends is an actual play podcast featuring a wonderful cast of chuckle-friends. Our story is similar to many: in an attempt to have fun one late Saturday evening, 6 strangers came together for a one-shot, but had so much fun that we extended that one-shot into a two-shot... and then a three-shot... and then we turned it into a whole campaign! Since then, we've expanded beyond Dungeons and Dragons and to other games systems for one shots such as Hardwired Island or Shadowrun Anarchy and we hope to branch out ever further. But one thing's for sure, whether we're diving into dungeons or trying not to get geeked on the mean streets of Seattle: we're fiends for the sound of rolling dice.

Season one follows Micah Oak, an avid pessimist and monologue lover, and their constant run-ins with bad luck. After starting a new job doing nightshifts at their local convenience store, their life only fills with more questions. For example... Just who is that man? And why of all places did my sister's boyfriend have to work here? And is my co-worker a murderer? As If that wasn't enough to handle, Micah must also find the strength to fix their bad luck streak before it takes over. All told through the eyes of Mx. A fortnightly horror audio drama. Spirit Box Radio is a cosy horror fiction podcast about a radio show for enthusiasts of all things arcane. The show has recently been taken over by Sam Enfield, a former postboy with no experience in the arcane arts, following the disappearance of the previous host. Sam soon discovers there are more than ghosts haunting the show, and finds himself amidst a mystery which threatens everything he knows about the world beyond his tiny basement broadcast studio, and maybe even himself. With a whole host of supporting characters from knife-wielding lesbians and truth-knowing lawyers to angry bog-witches and hot-coded florists, the world of SBR is brought to life by a cast of majority LGBTQ+ actors from across the world. Spirit Box Radio started airing in November 2020. It now has almost 100 episodes and won the The People's Choice Podcast Awards Best Fiction Podcast of 2021, and a finalist in the 2021 Audio Verse Awards, at which it also won Best Guest Performance. "I wanted to create a space to hold honest, open, candid conversations where no subject is off limits or taboo, with some of the best and brightest of our lifetime. I’m interested in delving into the minds of ‘Others’. The odd ones out, the queer kin, the bi-racial, gender-fluid, outspoken, courageous and crazy phenomenons who fall outside of the status-quo, dance joyfully in the margins of ‘Otherness’ and have managed to make an authentic, impactful mark against all odds. Maya Angelou said “There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you”. It is the gems within these stories that give me strength to stand in the messiness of my own journey while carrying on in celebration of myself. The lessons I have learned have been invaluable. And If I can leave you all with one thing, it’s this...Celebrate Yourself And Love Each Other." - Jeffrey Bowyer-Chapman

In this new scripted podcast from the creators of The Blondes, the wolves aren’t just on Wall Street anymore. The Bite is a 4-episode horror comedy series that follows Tess, a young Brooklyn playwright, who awkwardly stumbles into joining a wealthy all-female werewolf pack in the Hamptons. Tess is like any other struggling playwright who’s made it to Edinburgh Fringe: she mined her complicated life for material. And what would a one-woman show be without embarrassing revelations? But in the first episode of The Bite, Tess also reveals something altogether different: that she has lycanthropic powers. Being a werewolf has complicated her dating life but also greatly improved her career options, especially after she’s taken in by a clique of monied heiresses headed by Diane, a seductive, sociopathic bon vivant. She attempts to mold Tess, but will Tess fight to remain her own person? Performed by Cecilia Corrigan, Jenny Grace Makholm, with Roberta Colindrez (Starz’s Vida, HBO’s The Deuce), Rob Belushi (HBO’s Ballers), Ronald Peet (Netflix’s I-Land) Grace C. Williams (Lena Waithe’s Rising) and Carson Elrod. Written and Produced by Brian J Davis & Emily Schultz. Directed by Jenny Grace Makholm. Sound design and editing by. Brian J Davis. Music by Oldfather. Songs were performed by Dawn Lewis with Mark Thibideau and Mathew Thibideau, and with Oldfather. Art by Carolyn Tripp.

“Life may not be fair, but the afterlife tries to be.” That’s the motto of the DMV. (The Department of Mishaps and Violence). When Dawn Menendez finds out that she’s met her untimely demise in a freak curling iron/fire sprinkler accident, she’s met with a posthumous opportunity. She was the 777th soul reaped by the department that day. She now has the opportunity to go back to earth for an entire year, chaperoned by the Reaper who took her soul. The only hitch? Before she’s sent back to earth, she learns that her cosmic scale has been found wanting. Her soul weighs just enough to get sent to a hell dimension. What could she have possibly done? All she did was play MMO’s and go to work. Her first night on earth, her reaper suggests that her accidental demise may have been murder. If she can prove she was murdered, she gets to be reincarnated, and avoid going to hell. Now, Dawn has a year to prove she was murdered and balance the cosmic scales in her favor.Things would be a lot easier if her Reaper would stop getting high and help her.
