A podcast created by Winter Walk Boston, an initiative raising awareness towards an end to homelessness in Greater Boston. This year we couldn't join our voices together in a live event. So that's why we started Don’t Walk By, to share stories from our unhoused community with you, to walk with, or share together. Through the voices of our homeless brothers and sisters, and the shelter and service providers working to make change, we hope to change perceptions and break stigmas. We speak with homeless or formerly homeless individuals, families, youth, veterans, and more. Find something important, and something hopeful, in every episode.

Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Tiffany has made it her mission create real change, one person at a time; this was the premise for her podcast, ‘Speak Loud’. The objective of ‘Speak Loud’ was to create a platform that supports anyone that is currently suffering abuse in their life. The podcast consists of stories told by previous victims of abuse, that will showcase their triumph and provide hope and encouragement through the stories shared. The host, Tiffany, has experienced a lot during her life. With experiences like being emancipated at age 15 – the second case in the state of Utah for a child of age 15 to become legally emancipated from their parents, due to abuse – to working 3 jobs to support herself and her education, and being torch bearer of the 2020 Olympics, among many more achievements, Tiffany recounts her stories and experiences to help victims of abuse.Tiffany also founded S.H.A.R.E; an advocacy group for students by students who have experienced abuse. Tiffany and the S.H.A.R.E team were able to grow the advocacy group into a 501c3 non-profit – a huge accomplishment.‘Speak Loud’ has already grown rapidly and created a close-knit community. Positive Babble is an interactive Podcast that was created to be THE place to discuss positivity of all kinds. A place for all of us to be reminded of what is going RIGHT in our lives. Let’s talk about that! These days it can be easy to get distracted and miss the little things. The things that matter the most! It’s also easy to forget that what we think about we bring about, words are magic, and that happiness is an inside job. Join your host, Jen Lunt, as she continues her journey of keeping her spirits high, shifting her mindset and limiting beliefs and supporting her listeners while they do the same. Yes, the road at times can be peppered with ups and downs and Jen will gently remind us (and herself) to focus and rely on our strength and resilience to see us through. Jen is a student of life. She has spent the last 30 years becoming an expert on cultivating her own happiness while navigating her path's twists and turns as she finds her confidence to step up and out into the world to help others find and see their worth. She is a self-proclaimed photographer. A lover of sunsets, smiles, hugs, all things Maui (especially the beaches) her husband, her pets, good conversation, good friends, good people in general. Oh and don't forget traveling! Here's what to expect when you press play. I AM affirmations, positive quotes, books recommendations, good news, businesses making an impact, special guests, introspection, humor and much more. All of it coming your way from the beautiful island of Maui Hawaii!! Okay and some Maui talk too! The episodes are kept short and sweet to be easily digestible nuggets of goodness that can start or end your day on a happy note. Any topic goes as long as it's Positive! Or it at least ends that way! 😊

Ambassadors of Hope celebrates local south Florida leaders who are making a difference in our community and region through Place of Hope. We will discuss our nonprofit's mission of providing a stable and loving environment for children, youth and families that are hurting by sharing inspiring stories of those who have crossed our path–our Ambassadors. They are people who have faced adversity and overcome challenges and community members dedicated to impacting lives for generations to come. With a goal to help end cycles of abuse, neglect, homelessness, poverty, and human trafficking for children and young adults, Ambassadors of Hope will do what Place of Hope’s Ambassadors do everyday: work to change our world one life and one child at a time.

Hi and welcome to SelfKind with me, Erica Webb. This is a podcast for Highly Sensitive People (HSP) who want to navigate the tricky bits of their sensitivity with more ease, while finding their sensitivity super powers. Here, we're all about being, living and moving through a lens of self compassion and kindness.

As your host, I meet you as a fellow HSP. I know what it's like to feel like things are too loud, too bright and just ... too much. In my work as a registered counsellor and mindful movement coach, I've supported myself and my clients to find ways to embrace their sensitivity that centre on self-compassion, nervous system regulation, self-awareness and, ultimately, self-love.

From mindfulness, mindful movement, joy seeking and a zillion and one practices in between, here you'll find space to be fully you - fully human - and the tools to navigate the tricky bits of having a highly sensitive nervous system.

I’m thrilled you’re here.
