A podcast created by Winter Walk Boston, an initiative raising awareness towards an end to homelessness in Greater Boston. This year we couldn't join our voices together in a live event. So that's why we started Don’t Walk By, to share stories from our unhoused community with you, to walk with, or share together. Through the voices of our homeless brothers and sisters, and the shelter and service providers working to make change, we hope to change perceptions and break stigmas. We speak with homeless or formerly homeless individuals, families, youth, veterans, and more. Find something important, and something hopeful, in every episode.

We bring you wellness and personal development insight and information along with empowering and inspiring stories of people who are living their truth. The information is compelling and cutting edge, and the stories are meaningful and authentic. The threads that run through our episodes are healing, purpose and authentic self-expression. According to neuroscience, joy is our natural emotional state. Meaning that being in a state of joy — having a deep sense of well-being and peace — virtually all the time, is not only possible — it is actually how we are designed!!! Yet we struggle day to day, feeling stressed, anxious, fearful, overwhelmed or depressed instead. There are many inspirational resources out there, but it can be difficult to translate those messages into reality in our own day-to-day lives. And so we created The Joyful Hour Podcast to help you learn easy ways to allow your natural state of peace and joy to bubble up more often, to help you build your “joy” muscle.💫 Host Bianca Erickson is Miami's Personal Development + Wellness Expert whose big heart 💗 and background in Psychology, Public Health Research (Epidemiology), charitable work, Neuroscience, Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence inform the enlightening conversations. Welcome!!! We are excited to have you join us on this journey back to joy! 🤩

Welcome lovely humans, to my podcast „Sex and Art“. I am an artist and coach from Berlin, living in Linköping, Sweden. In this podcast I combine my passion for art and sex with my passion for very interesting people. Throughout my life, I met so many wise, crazy, lovely, exciting, and interesting people and I had tons of inspiring conversations. Now I want to bring these conversations to you. I’ll talk with artists, dancers, comedians, musicians, programmers, managers, writers, bodyworkers as well as tantrics, healers, priests, or just someone I deeply fell in love with. In every episode, you'll be allowed a peek into their world and we find out how they connect to art and sex. For me these two notions - art and sex - describe life. Some episodes you will find to be more about sex, some will be more about art, and recently therapy plays a big role, too. If you want to support this podcast please share, like and subscribe. Welcome home. Hosts Adrienne Garland and Kent Gustavson go deep into “kind” in every episode. Their polarized, oscillatory, at times slap-happy and at times dead-serious conversations range from the practical to the absurd, wandering sometimes aimlessly, yet always delivering valuable perspectives. Seeking the deeper meaning of kindness in today’s surreal world, they explore questions like what is kindness? Can business people really be kind? Does karma exist? Do trees really fall in the forest? Dr. Kent is an O.G. podcaster and founder of Podcasts That Matter, and Adrienne is the CEO of SheLeads Media, and the head of its eponymous podcast network. When prompted, the hosts proclaimed: “Our most fervent hope is that kindness will sneak up on you in your sleep, and infect your brain.”

Hi and welcome to SelfKind with me, Erica Webb (formerly The Movement and Mindfulness Podcast). This is a podcast about what it means to be, live and move through a lens of self-kindness. We’ll look at the way self-kindness can underpin our practices in movement, mindfulness, and mindset to support us to be and do the things we so desire in the world. It is my firm belief that self-kindness underpins any true self-acceptance, and one of the greatest pursuits we can ever engage in is that of being in a kind and honest relationship with ourselves. Mindful movement and developing a self-kind mindset are the tools I share and my guests do too - among much more. I’m thrilled you’re here. Let’s do this.

Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Tiffany has made it her mission create real change, one person at a time; this was the premise for her podcast, ‘Speak Loud’. The objective of ‘Speak Loud’ was to create a platform that supports anyone that is currently suffering abuse in their life. The podcast consists of stories told by previous victims of abuse, that will showcase their triumph and provide hope and encouragement through the stories shared. The host, Tiffany, has experienced a lot during her life. With experiences like being emancipated at age 15 – the second case in the state of Utah for a child of age 15 to become legally emancipated from their parents, due to abuse – to working 3 jobs to support herself and her education, and being torch bearer of the 2020 Olympics, among many more achievements, Tiffany recounts her stories and experiences to help victims of abuse.Tiffany also founded S.H.A.R.E; an advocacy group for students by students who have experienced abuse. Tiffany and the S.H.A.R.E team were able to grow the advocacy group into a 501c3 non-profit – a huge accomplishment.‘Speak Loud’ has already grown rapidly and created a close-knit community. Being so early in its creation, the accomplishments already achieved by ‘Speak Loud’ shows a positive future for the podcast.Tiffany is also in the process of releasing her first book and autobiography, ‘The Throw Away Girl’, which is expected to release soon. Her motto is “It’s the START that STOPS you” – a line that sums up ‘Speak Loud’ and Tiffany’s mission to help victims of abuse.
