We all have faced procrastination, those moments when we know we have something we want to do, something that we know will really serve us, something that will improve our quality of life, get us closer to our goals, but find ourselves constantly putting it off. In this episode I share what procrastination is, how it is actually serving you (just not in the way you want) and how to stop procrastinating and start taking aligned actions towards your goals.
