This month on Yoga Magic, we're talking about the magic of the brain. Amanda Leaveck is no stranger to the things happening in our heads. In addition to attaining a Bachelors of Science in Neuroscience at the University of Saint Thomas, she graduated from the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration in 2017, where she focused on the integral relationship between connective tissue and the nervous system.
Today, Amanda Leaveck specializes in helping high achievers slow down, find balance, and flow through life with more ease. Through coaching, yoga, meditation, online courses, and her virtual learning platform, Science & Magic, she offers services that connect us all more deeply to our brilliant human bodies. Her ultimate vision is for all of us to find more ease so that we can live more delicious lives.
