Have you ever heard of SYNERGY?

In this episode, I discuss what synergy feels like and how the 'Get It Done Mastermind' created it, not just over the weekend but throughout the past few months.

Synergy comes from your thoughts, feelings, intentions, and beliefs—your being. It's about the frequency you're emitting. Strategy can change your life, but true transformation happens when you shift who you are BEING.

So, what is synergy? It's when two or more agencies cooperate to produce a combined effect greater than their separate efforts.

Reaching synergy leads to remarkable outcomes. Things start to click, and you can reach higher goals, create bigger results than you might have even envisioned for yourself.

Ask yourself:

1. Where am I feeling the feeling of SYNERGY in my life right now?

2. What am I in relationship to that is Synergistic??

One way to describe what a synergistic relationship looks like can be different pieces coming together gracefully in a particular area of your life. Like a project that gets done early, or a potluck party where somehow every food group is represented.

Like when you finish a puzzle easily. Has that ever happened to you? This is exactly what SYNERGY feels like. Things start to fall into place. There’s an ease and a flow that comes with it.

The Get It Done Mastermind exemplifies synergy through collective BEING work.

Be aware of where synergy naturally thrives in your life or business.

Even if your brain is telling you there is nowhere in your life where you feel Synergy, I challenge you to keep looking.

In this episode, you'll learn:

• What synergy is.

• How to tap into synergy.

• Why community is powerful.

• Powerful questions to create synergy now.

YES MUJER BUILD IT - 94. What Would My Ancestors Do?
play

02/27/25 • 43 min

More than ever, I find myself asking the question what would my ancestors do? During this time of chaos and challenge., it is imperative for us to learn how to connect with our ancestrial wisdom.

In today’s episode of the Yes, Mujer Build It podcast, I had the absolute honor of speaking with the brilliant Dr. Patty Ramirez. From the moment I first heard Dr. Patty speak, I knew I had to have her on the show. She has this incredible ability to blend the human experience with spiritual and ancestral wisdom, and our conversation left me with so many breakthroughs (and a full page of notes!). If you’re ready to explore how our ancestral roots can guide us toward healing and leadership, this episode is for you.

Dr. Patti and I talked about:

  • Embracing Ancestral Wisdom: How Dr. Patty connects to her Mexican and Salvadorian lineages and uses genetic memory to guide her work.
  • Healing and Leadership: The intersection of healing, social justice, and leadership from a place of ancestral knowledge.
  • The Power of Community Care: Shifting from an individualistic mindset to collective healing practices.
  • Rituals and Rites of Passage: The significance of ceremonies like quinceañeras and how they help maintain accountability and connection within the community.
  • Regenerative Power of Fire: Understanding the spiritual and cultural meanings of fire, especially in the context of recent wildfires.
  • Finding Your Role: How to listen to your intuition and discover your place within the community and larger ecosystem of healing and social change.

YES MUJER BUILD IT - 87. Lessons Learned From 2024
play

01/08/25 • 21 min

In this week’s Yes Mujer Build It podcast episode, I deep dive into three major lessons I learned in 2024. Most of my lessons came from failures that happened in 2024. And I choose to look at those failures as GIFTS. They are also gifts for you- because they will help you build from ease and flow.

The first lesson I experienced was that what worked for me in the previous years was no longer producing the same results. This led to my biggest lesson in 2024.

2024 was the year when I discovered that I could build 100% from Source Energy vs. Hustle Energy. This is where I disconnected from all the “doing” work and deeply connected to my vision. The second lesson is learning how I can create more breakthrough opportunities for my clients to accelerate in achieving their goals. And finally, my third lesson from 2024 is to no longer compare myself to other podcasters. I am a coach first, not just a podcaster.

I love coaching women, helping them achieve their goals and transform their lives, and I want to teach you to do the same. I know these lessons will support you in building a successful 2025.

In this episode, you’ll learn:

  • Why connecting to SOURCE ENERGY will save you from overwhelm.
  • How to let go of the belief that doing more will equal more results.
  • How to ask yourself, “Who am I BEING today?” and how it can shift your entire day.
  • Why I am no longer allowing my clients to sit on the sidelines of achieving their goals.
  • Why I stopped playing the compare and despair game in terms of my podcast.
  • How I plan on implementing these lessons in 2025

07/26/23 • 37 min

Has anyone ever asked you, "Who do you need to BE to reach your goal?”

Beingness represents the thoughts, feelings, beliefs, intentions, and energy behind our actions. It is the first part of BE, DO, HAVE.

Everything starts with your way of being. Your actions come from who you are being first. And your way of being and your actions lead to what you have.

In this episode Wendy explains the concept of "BE, DO, HAVE," urging listeners to consciously choose who they get to BE in their life to achieve what they desire.

Your way of being includes embodying qualities like courage, confidence, presence, and trust.

She emphasizes that we have access to all different ways of being within ourselves, and it's up to us to CHOOSE who we want to be and how we want to show up in the world.

Through practicing different ways of being, Wendy explains that true transformation and success come not just from external strategies but from our internal energy, thoughts, and feelings. She highlights the importance of consciously choosing how we want to be in any situation, and how practicing this work in everyday life makes it most effective.

Wendy challenges us by asking ourselves who we need to be to reach our goals, rather than solely focusing on what we need to do. By aligning with the qualities and mindset that support our desired outcomes, we can create a solid foundation for our actions and increase our chances of achieving success.

Tune in to learn how making conscious choices in your way of being can help you achieve your goals and create the like you truly desire.

In this episode, you'll learn:

• Understanding "Beingness versus Doingness": Learn how aligning your thoughts, feelings, and intentions with actions can lead to personal growth.

• The Power of "BE, DO, HAVE": Discover the approach of embodying who you are before taking action to create results.

• Consciously Choosing Your Identity: Take control of who you are being, and tap into qualities like confidence and courage to achieve your goals.

How can we manage ourselves when everything around us is falling apart?

Lately, it feels like the world is falling apart.

In this episode, I give you simple tools you can use NOW to support you through managing the challenging circumstances happening in the world right now.

I start first by shifting your energy back to what you can control. And always, no matter what is going on- you can control your thoughts, your beliefs, and the actions you take.

I also remind you that - Taking care of you can also be a political statement.
Sometimes the most radical action we can take is to take care of our mental health.

I share one of my core beliefs that living my best life and prioritizing my well-being is giving to the world in a profound way.

Some of the tools I share in this episode include, setting boundaries and being mindful of what you allow into your space, especially when you’re feeling energetically drained. I also remind us all that the only way to overcome the emotions that come with stress and anxiety is to move through them.

Here are some of the tools I share for processing emotions:

1. Talking it out with someone you trust who can hold space for you, whether it's your partner or a coach, group, or therapist.

2. Engaging in physical movements, such as dancing or taking a walk, to help release those emotions from our bodies.

3. Writing it out in a journal to free the mind and express our feelings.

Tune in to learn...

  • The most important shifts to make mentally when you are feeling overwhelmed
  • How to Manage emotions during crisis and uncertainty.
  • Simple steps you can take today to process through your emotions

Have you heard of a SUCCESS BLUEPRINT?
Do you know yours? If you do not, this is an episode you must listen to!

A SUCCESS BLUEPRINT is the foundation of muscles that you’ve built, successes you’ve had, and a map of what’s already working in your life.

In this episode, I discuss why SUCCESS BLUEPRINTS are important and how to begin to discover yours.

I also explain how the brain will try to stop you by thinking that this whole year there weren’t any wins in your life, business, etc.

It’s been a tough year for most of us, with lots of ups and downs.

I guide you on how to be resilient through these tough circumstances by evaluating what worked and what didn’t work this past year. This evaluation process gives us data to move forward with.

But the challenge is your Brain will try and stop you.

Here are some specific ways in which your brain will stop you from looking at your WINS from last year:

  1. “That doesn’t count because that was supposed to happen anyway”
  2. “Well that should have happened before or earlier”

This is why it is even more important for us to focus on what is working- and build what we want for 2024 based on our assets!

In this episode you’ll learn:

  • How to start creating your SUCCESS BLUEPRINT
  • How to transition through a challenging year
  • Consciously training the brain to focus on what’s working versus what’s not
  • Evaluating 2023 by looking at the Wins and lessons learned
  • Shifting your brain to focus on the wins and less on the challenges to build your next-level goals

YES MUJER BUILD IT - 38. The Power of the Pause

38. The Power of the Pause

YES MUJER BUILD IT

play

01/24/24 • 39 min

You know that rush of motivation we get at the beginning of the year? It's a feeling we've all experienced, but realistically, it's not going to last all year long. The reality is the "High" we get at the beginning of the year - will slowly go away.

But there are other ways to keep us on track throughout the year. That's where this powerful tool of "The Power of the Pause" comes into play – a crucial tool to keep us on track.

In this episode, I talk about this powerful concept – "The Power of the Pause" and why it is such a game-changer, especially as we navigate through 2024.
Let's talk about triggers – those things that can set us off and can lead to negative reactions. It's super important to be aware of what triggers you, whether it's certain activities or times of the day. And along with this awareness it is important to understand that pausing when we get triggered is really effective in creating a better outcome.

This is the first type of "Pause" I talk about. When we pause instead of going into into reaction mode - we calm our nervous system down and create more opportunities to solve challenges.
Pausing is a conscious choice to take a moment before acting or reacting. This pause is valuable because it gives your brain and body time to catch up with the situation.
When we're in reaction mode, we're not at our best. Past traumas or limiting thoughts and beliefs might be influencing us. By pausing, you get to respond from a more conscious and thoughtful place.
The other type of pausing that is really valuable is a longer term pause like taking a break, or a vacation - and pausing from your life. Pausing is especially important if you want to CREATE something new in your life.

This kind of pause creates expansion with time and space. So you feel like you have plenty of time and space to really dig in. It helps to get completely away from your normal life. A new environment that supports stillness or quiet will help open your mind and soul up. Really pausing from your life is a powerful way to manifest what you really want.
I share a few stories from my personal life as examples for when pausing has been hugely beneficial for me. Including right after my first pregnancy resulted in a miscarriage, which was traumatic. Listen in as I share how I dealt with it, what I did to overcome and move through it, and how it has helped shape me today.
In this episode, you'll learn:

  • The Power of Pausing: and why it is so powerful for conscious creation.
  • Benefits of Pausing in the Moment: Pausing before reacting to triggers, such as emails or frustrating situations.
  • Longer-Term Pauses: Taking a break from our regular lives and going on retreats or vacations can be powerful for rest, recharge, and reflection. It allows us to honor ourselves and create space for new possibilities.

YES MUJER BUILD IT - 57. What I Learned in My First Year of Podcasting
play

06/05/24 • 34 min

Happy First Anniversary to the Yes Mujer, Build it! Podcast

Today, as we celebrate the one-year anniversary of the Yes Mujer, Build It Podcast! Wow- what a journey it has been. We have learned so much!
Thank you to each of you for your continued love and support. Thank you helping us reach all the listeners we have and thank you for being open to all the tools I share here on the podcast!

In this week’s episode, I want to share a few insights and lessons learned during my podcast journey. If you are considering starting your own Podcast, this is an episode you get to listen to!!!
I spent some time evaluating all the highs and lows of podcasting this past year. Here are some of the gems I share on this Podcast.

Podcasting is A LOT MORE WORK than I envisioned. It takes time to learn a new skill, commit to building an audience with marketing, and most importantly, commit to following through consistently with a weekly podcast.

At different points of the journey this year - there have been high highs and low lows. Through it all, I have allowed myself to be guided by my 18 years of coaching. I honor all of the challenges. I honor the not-so-fun planning, scheduling, and tech issues. I also honor the DISCIPLINE it has taken to keep going.

After 1 year, here are my biggest lessons:

Lesson 1- Podcasting can be hard work. It was more work than I had intentionally thought.

Lesson 2- Podcasting requires an equal amount of time in marketing as in podcasting. Yes- Marketing!

Lesson 3- Podcasting has strengthened my consistency muscle.

Lesson 4- Podcasting has reminded me - I have A LOT to SAY.

And I’m just getting started.

Thank you, thank you, thank to all my listeners, guests and support team who make this Podcast happen every week !

As a gratitude gift, we're thrilled to announce a Special Giveaway to our Listeners!.

I’m giving away 20 exclusive Yes Mujer, Build It! T-Shirts!!! The care package will be mailed to you.

YES MUJER BUILD IT - 15. Q & A from Clients

15. Q & A from Clients

YES MUJER BUILD IT

play

08/16/23 • 29 min

In this episode, Wendy answers specific questions she received from clients this week. She shares specific valuable tools and insights that have created results in her life, and she reminds everyone that you can also take up space, get a seat at the table, or buy the building that the table is in.

She dives into the topic of emotions that sometimes hold us back. Wendy encourages everyone to dance with these emotions rather than being trapped by them. She discusses emerging from feelings of guilt and shame, guiding us toward a place where we can gain emotional freedom and awareness.

Wendy addresses three primary questions:

1. How does she stay motivated?
Wendy's approach involves prioritizing her vision rather than having her feelings control her. She explains that feelings don't last long and shouldn't control your decisions. Instead, she suggests welcoming feelings, getting better at handling them, and staying connected to your vision or your Why. She shares that motivation will never be consistent, but what can be consistent is your vision.

2. How does she avoid taking things personally?

Wendy explains that her perspective and experiences shape her ability to not internalize external events. She highlights the significance of seeing situations through different lenses and using that understanding to avoid feeling personally attacked. Wendy also adopts a mindset of finding alternative ways to connect effectively with others.

3. How can one adopt a new belief?

Wendy's method involves selecting a constructive thought and repetitively affirming it while tuning into bodily sensations. By identifying where the thought resonates physically and fully experiencing that sensation, a new belief can be nurtured. Wendy advises practicing this process consistently to internalize the new belief effectively.

In this episode you’ll learn:

• Frequently asked questions Wendy receives from her clients.

• Mindset shifts & why perspective is everything.

• The value of staying connected to your vision.
• How to create a new belief starting with a thought.
