She has over 12+ years experience in the health and wellness industry and has spent the last 10 years in marketing and advertising. Erika owns three health and wellness focused companies where she passionately teaches others about best practices in the industry. Erika routinely speaks on health and wellness related topics and has earned several awards in the health and wellness space as well as in the business industry which includes: OKC's 30 Under 30, the Presidential Community Service Award and the Valliance Bank Trailblazer nomination. She loves the OKC community and is passionate about connecting health-conscious consumers with the best local health providers and businesses that the market has to offer.

She is a cheerleader for all moms and wants to help all moms feel support and encouraged!
In this episode, Jill and I talk about supporting single moms, the importance of being an example for others, and her work in leadership coaching.
