Restrictions are starting to lift, but there's a good chance we'll never quite be back to normal. There's also a good chance that the media and the government will try this again, mandating masks and creating an environment of fear. The question is: what will you do when the next wave hits? Perhaps it won't be COVID. But, there will be similarities. What actions in the last year did you take that you would repeat, and which ones would you do differently or not at all?
