April has experienced three of the calmest births even being a high risk pregnancy with a rare heart condition in a home and hospital setting. April shares her top tips and tools for birth in this episode.
“Women are designed to birth naturally. We don’t overthink how we grow our babies for 9 months...it just happens. Well birth is no different if we learn the techniques to quieten the mind and soften the body, it just flows. Your body will know what to do when we just allow birth to unfold as it should.”
In this episode Claire Cooper also shares about her experiences being pregnant and her past birth experience including talks on a gentle caesarean. Claire is so passionate about us having the best support possible and talks about how important it is to choose your birth space and do all your research on the lead up to your babies birth.
