Our guest today is Linnet Nyawara, a breakup and divorce coach, a devoted mother and a certified life coach with a passion for guiding individuals through life's challenges.
As a mentor, speaker and facilitator, she also collaborates with organizations like Gamblhers where she advocates for mental health and recovery. And the This Girl community, where she inspires growth and empowerment.
During our conversation, Linnet explains how she overcame cultural taboos in order to share her story. She knew that sharing her experiences would help others facing a similar situation.
