Let's Talk About Our Goals (March)
Let's talk about goals! I'm back again with a dear friend of mine, Cami. We have known each other for a long time, and for the past year, I have coached her toward wellness while she has coached me in developing this podcast. I want to invite you into our conversation as we share our goals and encourage one another, because I believe we are stronger together than we are alone. We hope and plan to do this once per month - and this is the conversation we had in March while the show was on hiatus. So, please join us for a frank conversation about goals and striving to live our best life - because we are worth it! We'll be back next week with another episode we recorded during the break between Season 3 and Season 4.
In this episode I mention cooking yuca root, otherwise known as cassava - it was delicious! Here's a recipe similar to the one I used. Basically you peel, boil, then dry - then toss in a healthy oil such as olive and bake or broil. Several steps but all easy! Here's the recipe:
