2020 has left me feeling tired but strong. I have poured everything I can into my businesses this year and continue to do so, but I feel proud of the way I handled 2020.
Were there mistakes and failures? Yes, absolutely. But I played full out. And there were some pretty big wins in 2020.
Welcome back to another episode of the Foot Traffic podcast!!
In today’s episode:
You will hear me dive deeper into my lessons learned this year, including:
- Commit to your one thing
- You need multiple baskets
- It is possible to come back from worst case scenario
- Letting go is more important than adding
- You have to celebrate the small wins and focus on the journey
As well as how I will be refining in 2021 by:
- Experimenting with our top funnel
- Expanding our team
- Giving my studio a refresh
