FAQs about Nordic Walking Classes with Claire Beeton
My conversation in episode 9, is with Claire Beeton of St Neots Nordic Walking. Claire first started Nordic Walking 7 years ago and enjoyed it so much that she subsequently qualified as an instructor and has grown her own business from scratch over the last two and a half years. She has had plenty of experience teaching beginners classes under Bedford Borough Council's ‘ReActivate’ scheme, which brought together 12 beginners of mixed ability and sought to inspire them to incorporate more activity into their lives. In this episode, Claire is going to address some of the most frequently asked questions that people want to know before they join a class.
