#48 - Transforming Your Life After Surviving Childhood Trauma
05/12/20 • 32 min
Ayódele O Kolade is a Transformation Specialist and a certified NLP Master Practitioner & Trainer. She transformed her own life after having grown up with depression throughout her childhood and early adulthood. After going through many difficult traumas, she began her healing journey.
Recorded in March 2020, right before the global pandemic, this interview is especially important to those who are going through a very difficult time. Her story is a testament that you can survive the darkest of times and transform your life, with the right support and coaching. We are in a mental health crisis right now, and her advice may be life changing for some of you. If you are in immediate danger, please call your local mental health support services today.
Ayódele used these modalities (including NLP, Hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy®️) in her own journey, and then decided to make it her life's mission to help others to heal as well.
I share her mission statement in our interview, as I found it so incredibly powerful: "I am dedicated to assisting people in transforming the pain and darkness from the past into light, self-acceptance and the deepest understanding of themselves possible. I am committed to the personal growth and evolution of each client that I serve and make it my mission to assist you in achieving the happiness, confidence, self-belief and personal mastery so that you can truly be the person you want to be in the world."
Ayódele spends most of her social media time on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/ayodeleokolade/
