In this episode, Nikki interviews Bonita Barth, who’s been working in the field of natural skincare, organic perfumery, and plant medicine for over 30 years.

- Diluting precious oils in alcohol
- Diluting in carrier oils
- Perfume in liquid vs. wax
Remember to put the date made and expiry date as no one wants rancid oils for perfume
Blending by Notes - Top, Heart/Middle, Base notes and how quickly they each evaporate
Diluting for perfumery is different than clinical aromatherapy
Diluting at the upper limit of 10% for perfume, and 5% for cologne, sprays, floral waters
Remember to keep allergies in mind, skin tests are important
