In this month’s episode Ilka is joined by co-host Stephen Wallis, along with the return of a special guest, to discuss all the exciting news from her stable in Newmarket. Ilka, who recently featured in Horse and Hound magazine began by updating listeners on the progress of Art & Horse Racing, her unique fine art gallery which now includes fourteen artists. The success of Art and Horse Racing in early May has now evolved into a permanent fine art gallery with a website www.artandhorseracing.com A further exhibition is scheduled during National Racehorse Week (September 9th-17th) www.nationalracehorseweek.uk . The gallery remains open by appointment daily. The gallery will also be open on Sunday 24 September during the Newmarket Henry Cecil Open Weekend. On the racing front Ilka talks frankly about her mare Miss Bella Brand’s trip to Hannover to run in a listed race on 29 May.
