Why Do We Care What Other People Think About Us?
06/29/20 • 21 min
The need to be liked and accepted is an inherent human quality. We innately crave acknowledgement from those we respect for things we have accomplished which is normal. However when the need to liked and accepted is what our self-esteem is built upon we're going to experience self-confidence and self-worth issues. The great paradox is we need to be in love with self while learning to accept ourselves and all our faults. This is the balance we must strike to no longer require the acceptance of others.

As a result, it became a breeding ground for pseudo experts, false and intentionally misleading information. My panel of experts will help sort out fact from fiction.
