If you know my story you know I gain a LOT of weight in my pregnancies. 150 pounds between both.
I did not know it was going to happen, but I did know after the fact I would do everything in my power to lose it NOT for vanity points but for my HEALTH, especially after having preeclampsia.
Over time, I lost all of that weight. 80 pounds before getting pregnant with my second son, and 70 pounds after my second pregnancy.
So how long did it take? How did my body change over the course of that postpartum weight loss? And what is REALISTIC for moms out losing weight postpartum? That's what we're talking about today!

When you hear "healthy eating" does meal prep also come to mind? Yeah, I used to think the same. "Meal prep" often goes hand in hand in every Pinterest search for healthy meal ideas and Sunday afternoon IG post am I right?!
I've personally come to learn that Meal prep is NOT for me. I'm just not a fan, YET I was able to lose a whole lot of weight postpartum without any meal prep and in this episode, I'm sharing exactly how I made that shift from "meal prep mindset" to FREE.
Put AWAY the meal prep containers and delete the Pinterest meal prep board you keep saving pins to and not using - you're about to be freed from this weighty feeling that you NEED to prep to eat healthy!
