What if you treated life differently?
What if you treated your life like a game? Or a fun art project?
What if you looked at yourself as a kid playing in a massive sandpit with a 💩 tonne of toys, you can build and create anything with?
This week's episode is here to get you thinking about that.
And to get you to stop letting the seriousness of 'shoulds' hold you back from experiencing the joy of pursuing your wants!

Why I Have A Word of The Year and You Should Too
It's A New Year; It's A New Dawn; It's A New Life. (sung in the voice of the legendary Nina Simone 🎶🎤)
OK, I'll concede that a new year happens once a year (Duh!).
But technically a new dawn happens every day. And a new life is there for the taking every second of every day—no need to wait for a new year.
So much pressure is placed on starting anew when a new year comes around, and typically those promises (resolutions) are discarded like the toys kids get tired of playing with after Christmas.
You've probably gathered that I'm not a new year's resolution or new year's new me kinda guy.
But I have in recent years, become a Word of the year kinda guy, and in this week's episode, I tell you:
💡 why new year resolutions don't work;
💡 how I went from word of the year sceptic to evangelist;
💡 how having a word of the year allows me to be more intentional; and
💡 how to go about choosing your word of the year.
I'd love to hear your word of the year and why you chose it.

You Say Enough Is Enough, But Is It Really?
Do you know those days that really set you off? Where you're just done.
Maybe it's a day where 💩show of a deal just lands on your desk, and you're in charge of figuring it out.
Or maybe a colleague requests your urgent assistance with something and not only does this fucks up your evening or your weekend, but you also discover the matter had been sent in their inbox for days!
Maybe you're planning to go off to a friend's wedding and your leave gets cancelled because there's a deal that absolutely has to close and you have to be there. Then the deal doesn't fucking close but the damage is already done.
And in those moments I bet there was a part of you that thought, enough is enough.
But what did you do to change things?
In this episode, I share why saying enough is enough only true if you do something to make it so. And I share how my DID framework can help you stop doing the same thing over and over expecting different results!
Nothing changes unless you make it change.
