This weeks episode is brief, but valuable. I find it so funny how the universe is always working for you even when it may not present that way at first. I hope you all enjoy.

Awakening Authenticity Part I- Self Awareness and Values
Welcome to the mini-series ‘Awakening Authenticity’, which is a 6 part series, where we get down and dirty with decision making, finally fucking forgive ourselves and other people, practice mindfulness and gratitude, measure our self-awareness, and figure out our values. Come back each week to get the latest info.
This week’s challenge:
1.Explore Your Interests: This week I challenge you to try a something new. What’s an activity you’ve been wanting to try, but keep putting off because your scared or don’t want to be embarrassed?
2. Seek Feedback: Ask trusted friends or mentors for input on your strengths and areas for growth.
3. Embrace Vulnerability: Allow yourself to be authentic and vulnerable in expressing your true thoughts and emotions.
Pick on or all three, but let me know how it goes by sending me a message on Instagram or emailing me at [email protected]
As always I hope you’ve enjoyed listening to me ramble on and I hope that this information is helping at least one of you out there. Awakening Authenticity Part III- Forgiveness: It Isn’t For Them
Trigger warning: Sexual Assault
Forgiveness isn’t for the other person, it’s about healing and moving past the hurt you didn’t deserve. I talk about my experience in healing my SA trauma, and forgiving those who hurt me.
This week’s challenge:
Write a letter to a person who hurt you. Let out all the anger and resentment you’ve been carrying. Get real with it, then burn it (remember safety is sexy 😉) .
Love you all so much, and I’m always here if you need someone to listen. 🫶🏼
