Well hello, and welcome back to the On Fire Empire podcast.
If you tuned in last week, you heard my interview with leading criminal defense attorney John Pozza. He’s a renowned attorney and, a lead vocal in his band The Forty Nineteens.
Today’s episode is Part 2 of that interview with John. We talked about normally law-abiding citizens at one time or another who find themselves interacting with the law – either being a witness to a car accident or being pulled over for speeding...or bigger issues that arise that you never thought you’d have to deal with.
We started to share scenarios that may apply to you ... or someone you know... with John giving us some really practical information on how to handle these. Last week we left off with the story of Miranda Carmichael and her husband Joe.
While Miranda was cleaning out her laptop and deleting old files when she came across several files which, to her horror, had lewd photographs and videos and children under the age of 12 engaged in sexual acts. To be clear, Joe was NOT in these pictures. Miranda wants to take the laptop to a marital counseling session with their pastor and confront Joe during the session. John Pozza weighs in on this situation now... as we start Part Two.

John’s been practicing the art of criminal defense for over 25 years here in Southern California. He has represented a wide variety of people, from career criminals involved in significant crime to everyday professionals, soccer moms and people involved in one-time issues.
