
How to Thrive When the Pressure's On

In a perfect world, we would never have to be in a high pressure situation, but that’s just not the case. Regardless of how much you prepare for a situation, sometimes the pressure is going to build. Knowing why you’re in that situation and how to alleviate the high pressure will help you thrive in those situations.
In this episode, I share some the strategies I give to my executive coaching clients when they feel like they’re working under constant pressure, including:
- Set realistic expectations.
- Know what calms and centres you... and do that.
- Use these situations as an opportunity for growth.
Once you learn how to manage high pressure situations, and turn them into a positive experience, you will be in the right mindset to truly thrive in your career. You got this!
