Trae has appeared on many shows including NBC Nightly News (my personal favorite), The Today Show and Good Morning America. She is also a media coach and is the co-founder of One Take Media Coaching.

In this episode we chat about how to get yourself in the media, and Trae reveals some of her expert tips including some all-important dos and don’t when it comes to pitching. She also talks to us about her own experiences of speaking up, and why it may not always win you friends but that shouldn’t deter you.
