Ben joined his fathers business in 2006 and became the Contracts Manager. In 2008 Ben took a 50 per cent share of the business and became a director of the business. Then in 2010, after developing a colleague to take his role as Contracts Manager he stepped in to the Managing Directors shoes. Ben has grown the business and implemented new technologies, systems and processes. Ben now sits on the Federation of Master Builders National Standards Committee.
