In this episode, I deep dive into the topic of stubborn body fat that frustrates athletes of all levels and sports. Athletes very often are focused on staying lean or getting lean - this leads to an overemphasis on body fat levels.

As a Sports Dietitian, I see time and time and again how athletes will be so frustrated when they can’t seem to get rid of a specific area of body fat or go beyond a level of leanness they have already achieved.

So what is the deal with stubborn body fat?
