  3. Scripting – Journal as your future self to step into her mindset and actions.
  4. Self-Talk Practice – Use affirmations and positive self-talk to rewire your mindset and raise your energy.
  5. Movement – Move your body in a way that feels good and aligns your energy for the day.

This ritual has literally transformed how I feel and show up every day, and I can’t wait for you to try it. Whether you have 25 minutes or just 10, this practice will bring major shifts into your life.
