369: Your Blueprint For a New Life: The Daily Transformation Routine
The Purpose Show08/19/24 • 55 min
In this episode, I’m finally bringing to the podcast what I’ve been living and teaching inside Becoming Her Collective—the Becoming Her Daily Ritual. This is something I’ve been practicing consistently for over a year, and it’s been a complete game-changer for me.
If you’ve ever felt inconsistent or overwhelmed trying to find time for inner work, energy practices, or just aligning with who you want to become, this is for you. It’s a super simple, sustainable, 25-minute daily routine designed to help you stay grounded and focused, no matter how busy life gets.
I break down the five steps:
- Guided Visualization – Get clear on your desires and see your future self living them out.
- EFT/Tapping – Clear out any negative energy and make space for what you want.
- Scripting – Journal as your future self to step into her mindset and actions.
- Self-Talk Practice – Use affirmations and positive self-talk to rewire your mindset and raise your energy.
- Movement – Move your body in a way that feels good and aligns your energy for the day.
This ritual has literally transformed how I feel and show up every day, and I can’t wait for you to try it. Whether you have 25 minutes or just 10, this practice will bring major shifts into your life.
