050 - Knowing when to Pass - No FOMO
05/24/22 • 14 min
We sometime step over a dollar to pick up a quarter don't we. Why do we do that and how do we prevent it? This podcast is about recognizing the consequences of taking on the wrong opportunities and neglecting the right decisions when it comes to distribution, sales, marketing and supply chain.
You don't need to take every customer and do every part of supply chain to be successful. Focus on what gets you closer to your short and long term goals. It's OK to pass or put on hold.
The last thing we want is something to take you away from profit generating activities.

In this episode we cover the common misuse of time in management of product businesses. Having hard deadlines to develop products. Setting unrealistic expectations, trying to ship quickly, etc.
May entrepreneurs and businesses leave money on the table because they try to go too fast. Don't do that. Start earlier, and plan for success.
