Ranbir’s Attention Method - Jumping jacks! The great thing about jumping jacks is they make you so big; your physiology changes, and your brain gets signals that you're big, and you're confident, and you're capable. And - they make you almost out of breath. They help you focus on breathing without focusing on your breathing. So that allows you to bring attention to the present moment.
