The Nutrition Translator Podcast - Short Story: Operate From Openness

Short Story: Operate From Openness

The Nutrition Translator Podcast

Journey with me through an Ayahuasca ceremony last weekend, where I learned how to open to a distressing situation. We can't choose openness if we don't know how to operate from this place. The only way we learn how to operate from this place, if from other people. What wires together, fires together. We must first start to rewire our nervous system states through others, and then, only then, we can choose openness.

100 - Break Your Sugar Addiction

This podcast approaches the topic of sugar addiction from a different angle than you may have heard in the past. We look at the root source of the addiction and how to heal it once and for all. This isn’t a podcast on the should's, and certainly not a podcast that encourages sugar restriction or another diet.
I encourage you to bring your curiosity in and an open mind as we explore together how the brain, body & our histories connect & how all this relates to sugar addiction.
