74 - The Wonder of Ayahuasca | Part 1

My adventure of learning about the plant medicine, Ayahuasca, continues with 4 more ceremonies and another Shamanic Dieta, dieting Agua de Florida.
In this retreat, a lot of unexpected things happened, from a participate freaking out & screaming during the ceremony and needing to go in the shower, to me going on a roller coaster ride and having the opportunity to address some of my most shameful, vulnerable secrets.
In this podcast I discuss ceremony number 2 which includes discovering where the anger and resentment is buried deep within me, and includes lessons of joy & grace.
