We are living longer now that we were 30 years ago and it's important to make this next chapter of your life the best chapter of your life. Denise is living proof that even in our 60's we can continue to make our health and wellness a priority. Denise demonstrates this through TRX, Spin and Personal Training. She joins the podcast today to give us her secret sauce!
In 2012, she became a caregiver for her husband and that after the loss of her husband in 2016 she realized that she has gained over 100 pounds and was a catalyst for her to complete her first half marathon and for her to start her wellness business Your Next Chapter where she assists women over 60 to live their best lives.
