02/10/20 • 21 min
Like any additction, I still wear this affliction on my shoulders at all times. I’m not completely absolved from my addiction to food, but I have largely resolved what was once a major burden in my life.

In retrospect, I think there are some telling signs to what snuck me into this deep dark corner of my eating disorder.
In the next episode, I hope to get into how I got myself OUT of this mess.
