Do you struggle with getting things done?
Often we get so caught up in thinking about what we need to do that we freeze and get nothing done.
Overwhelm keeps us caught in the stress cycle.
We stare down at our feet thinking:
I AM HERE AND IT SUCKS BEING HERE. I NEED TO BE THERE.
Sometimes is can be hard to get our selves unstuck from this position.
So, for that reason, I made you this quick meditation to get unstuck and get it done!
