Alison has had an illustrious 37 year career in the NHS in Wales and has had senior roles as a interim CEO, Director of Planning and more. Following a career break, Alison decided to take her career in a different direction, which gave her an unique insight into leadership, the self-awareness of leadership and leadership at different organisational levels, having had experience of working at that most strategic level. Alison recently retired and looks back on her career and experiences and shares her words of wisdom with us
