As a naturally reflective neurotype us introverts are just amazing and here’s a little list of perfect podcasts just for you! I’m a classic introvert and am hugely grateful for the natural predisposition to be reflective that comes with it. As a researcher of self awareness, reflection is a hugely important element in developing self aware leadership
