Get To Know: Mish Wilson
This is the first ever episode of our Get To Know series of The Kaizen Culture Pod! We can't think of a more influential and amazing role model of Australian Karate to kick off this series than Michelle (Mish) Wilson.
Mitchell sat down and had an insightful chat with Mish at the 2024 National Championships in Geelong. Probably only just scratching the surface with the topics spoken about, but nonetheless Michelle shares her story and some amazing wisdom around what it takes to be an Australian National Karate athlete. Surviving longevity, how the sport can push for more inclusivity, being a successful competitor, dealing with hard times, non-selections and losses, having twins and then coming back to compete for another 8 years at the highest level.
Sit back and Get To Know to the wonderful and inspiring Mish Wilson!
