Do you believe your thoughts have anything to do with you health and wellbeing ? This episode does it best to share some ways in which it has worked for me even when I was at my lowest point. By applying the ideas I share in this episode, I was gradually able to help myself enjoy a steady state of sound body and mind using my thought, meditation and changing my perspective.
Please note: I am not a doctor but I have a calling to help people like you see another way of living. I've used the strategies in this episode, to help me remain in a place of balance and wellbeing for nearly 2 decades (life is all about balance) and I want this for you too. - it is a path to inner freedom.

We are looking for someone who's got something else going on". My lack of an answer floored me because I was so fixated on having a hedonistic lifestyle that all other options were out of reach...
That day a light went off in my head.. I knew I had to change because I felt I was wasting time and energy. My creative soul had begun to stir.
So, with that jab to my ego and change of perspective, I went on a quest to discover a new hobby that wouldn't hurt myself any longer but bring me closer to a feeling of joy.
This episode is for you, if you feel as though you are a newbie to being creative and will also be helpful to those of you who may suffer from writers or creator's block.
Creativity is nourishment for your soul. You soul needs to express itself and have an outlet . How you do that is up to you.

What is the soul and what is its purpose?

Soul fitness reveals itself by you feeling calmer, happier and freer and the level of peace you feel as you evolve and participate in the game of life.
