In this episode I discuss the best way to make decisions - ones that are for you highest good. When you understand that you live in a friendly universe (based on Einstein's quote) then your life will become more stable and it feels like an enjoyable adventure.
Decision making breeds clarity and fuels wellbeing too. Often you need to make many mistakes to fine-tune yourself, and that comes from making better decisions..
I used to make loads of bad decisions (Isometimes still do 🤣 but way way less now). They used to cause me so much pain & suffering (which were all instant gratification based). However, the more pain I felt, the more I asked for positive changes to take place in my life. That's when I had a spiritual awakening back in 2000 - it was a positive consciousness reboot! And making better decisions was the first thing I needed to address on my journey.
I share soulful and practical strategies in this episode for helping you make those decisions that are for your highest good. They have really worked for me in some very difficult moments when I have forgotten that all is well. I live by them and swear by this method and they are how I do everything.
Try them, tweak them and make them your own. Ideas are nothing until they're applied. Have your own experience and see what happens. It all starts with application.
Making better decisions will help you every single day. Having clarity and a sense of wellbeing - will help you meet with certain success and greater inner peace.

Peak performance of mind or entering 'the zone' isn't something that just happens randomly, it occurs when the mind is non resistant to the present moment. Athletes revel about this state and when you experience it, it's positively intoxicating - it's a natural high.
The techniques I share in this episode I have used to great affect and they have helped me both on the court and in life. They will help you understand more about what you are capable of, when you practice getting into this headspace.
Sport is a great metaphor for life. And some of the finest moments are when you get to witness professional athletes making a comeback. This is because it's what we all have to go through in life - it's the human condition to have to face challenge and adversity.
The most satisfying way to succeed is when you demonstrate to yourself that you can come back from any challenge and thrive.
You are capable of so much and practicing these techniques will help you reach deeper levels of mind, clarity and success.

If you know my story, I am quite candid about saying that I am a reformed character and have changed my focus when it comes to health, wellness and mindset. I am now proud to say I live a very healthy, happy and robust life. However, it used not to be that way.
In years gone by, self care was not a high priority for me and with that came the consequences that caused me to look at myself differently, my life and the choices I was making. This led to a spiritual awakening which has brought much more happiness and wellbeing.
What I love about life and what I share, is that life is always working out for you even if it seems as though it isn't. Sometimes you have to take the long and colourful scenic route full of twists and turns before you arrive at your destination.
When you're going off your path with your health and wellbeing, it's good to know that like the hard shoulder on the motor way (or freeway) you can make little adjustments and tweaks and that is what this episode is all about.
If you know where the line is or you've crossed it (which I did a few times -oops)
there is always a way you can return to back to your centre again.
It's all about awareness.
