
Guided Visualization Meditation - Breaking Out Of Yourself And Into A Higher You

A lot of us walk around living from our past. Our past programming, past traumas, past experiences and past versions of who we told ourselves we were supposed to be.
Realizing that this is something you can control and actually have power over to change, is life changing.
I've learnt this through past coach's and mentors of mine and have been able to create a life completely by design.
By no means am I perfect, I too am always working on letting go of my past self. But having the knowledge that you hold the power if completely life changing.
As you go through this meditation, be kind to yourself, give yourself grace. This is a PRACTICE. Meaning it will not feel comfortable at time and will take time to get used to.
Give this opportunity for yourself.

Forgiving yourself comes first before all else. The way you treat yourself plays a part in how you view others.
In order to forgive ourselves, we must allow ourselves space and time to let those things come to the surface. We need to allow ourselves time to become more conscious without the outside world distractions.
If we want to truly forgive others, we first must learn how to forgive ourselves. Everything we do in this life is a reflection of our own internal reality. If this remains true, how can we truly love and truly forgive others if we can't first learn how to do that with ourselves?
