Efforts to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 meant that consumers spent considerably more time confined to their homes last year, and many of these consumers turned to baking to help alleviate stress and/or boredom. Because of this, we observed that baking had become something of a national pastime. In this episode, we interviewed Ralph Carlton, co-CEO of King Arthur Baking Company, to see if consumers were continuing to keep their hotline buzzing and for his thoughts on the outlook for baking in the coming months.
