It's holiday baking time, and as many of you know- baking is not my forte. I can make a mean Christmas cookie or banana chocolate chip muffins, and I love making pizza dough- but the science around baking (and the accuracy and patience required) is not where I shine. But it IS where today's guest, Lex Daddio of Daddio's kitchen does! Lex Daddio creates twists on classic baking recipes from her home kitchen as one half of Daddio's Kitchen with her husband Thomas (and her three little boys running under foot). Lex's tried and true baked goods are loved far and wide by her followers on Instagram and her blog readers, and soon by her patrons at her new food trailer, Cream + Sugar Baking in Richmond, VA.
