I can make a mean Christmas cookie or banana chocolate chip muffins, and I love making pizza dough- but the science around baking (and the accuracy and patience required) is not where I shine. But it IS where today's guest, Lex Daddio of Daddio's kitchen does! Lex Daddio creates twists on classic baking recipes from her home kitchen as one half of Daddio's Kitchen with her husband Thomas (and her three little boys running under foot).
