In this episode, I invite the lovely Mariella De Angelis onto the podcast and we chat all things burn out! Mariella is a health & life coach, a burn out & stress expert & is currently completing her masters in clinical nutrition.

We chat about Mariella’s story of what led her to where she is today, including her personal experience with burnout, we touch on my experience with burnout (& working with Mariella as my coach), we dive into burnout as a whole; what it is, what leads us to burnout, how to notice the signs, the stages of burnout, how to recover from it, how you can prevent it - and everything else in between!

We also share our most profound lessons & what we learnt through experiencing burnout in hopes to inspire you and allow you to realise just how worthy, whole, powerful, capable & important YOU are.
