Dale Amos is the current assistant coach at the Carlton Fc. He started his senior coaching with South Barwon Fc in the Geelong Football League where his team won 3 flags in a row from 2005-07 before joining the Geelong cats in 2008. As an assistant coach at the cats he was involved in the 09 and 11 premiership winning teams. During this episode we discuss his views and insights on all things training, favourite drills, choosing captains, coaches he viewed as successful, how failure has shaped his coaching, common coaching mistakes, player who he viewed has exceeded expectations and a heap more!
