After Lori and her husband Ted make a commitment to lead healthier lives they find out Ted has a rare form of brain cancer. Ted’s last wish for Lori was that she love herself as much as he loves her by keeping her weight-loss promise. During this raw, emotional episode, Lori shares how exercise and healthy eating helped her keep her word to her late husband and helped her rise up from the dark place she was in emotionally.
