Setting boundaries isn't enough though. They're no good if you don't communicate them AND enforce them. A boundary that isn't enforced is basically just a wish, and that's not going to cut it.

In Part 3/4 of the COVID19 Mini-Series, fellow coach, Anthony Guzzo, and I get real with you as we explain why you’re putting all your eggs in the wrong basket.
In the fitness space right now, all the talk is about at-home workouts and everyone’s fretting they’ll lose all their progress without gyms being open. While that’s a fair concern, there are actually more important things to focus on right now that will take you further.
What’s even more important than your workouts is your NUTRITION right now. Now is the perfect time to prioritize making small improvements to your nutrition that will create BIG CHANGES in your health and weight loss journey.

Traveling for me is a huge struggle. I do so well when I'm home and can stick to my routine, but once you take me out of my routine, I truly struggle, and it's probably for the same reasons you struggle on weekends when you do well during the week. I talk all about that and what you can do to combat it. I also talked about the 3 low-hanging fruits I work on with almost every new client and how you can apply them to see an almost immediate improvement in your health.
