
#271 THE JEANS THAT DIDN'T FIT | Can you ever REALLY feel good about your body?

The question I’m asked the most is, “how can we feel good in our bodies again?” Because overcoming negative body image and getting body confident often seem so very far out of reach. This episode is my answer. It’s what I wish I had heard in those moments of lowest self-esteem and what would have helped me to heal sooner.
There is no magic formula or overnight fix, BUT there is one big step you can take today that will start to shift your thoughts, habits and behavior so that you can start embracing your body, no matter the size.
