6: Who Should Fast, and Who Shouldn’t? [No + Maybe + Yes]
10/28/21 • 21 min
Today I walk you through my perspective about who should or shouldn’t be fasting.
I explain 3 groups: Those who should NOT fast, those who SHOULD fast, and those who fall somewhere in between -- the “maybe” group. The first group is easy to explain, but the 2nd and 3rd groups have a lot more nuance, and take a bit longer.
Overall, the vast majority of people fall into the group who would very likely benefit from intermittent fasting (or any type of fasting).

I share several specific benefits you'll get by making improvements in the type of food you eat, as well as some practical tips on how to go about it, step-by-step.
